Basic Qualifying Criteria include:

Property must be located in Harrison County;

Applicants must currently have ownership of the property;

Property must have unrepaired roof damage caused by Hurricane Zeta (October 2020);

Must qualify as a Low-Moderate Income household (see table below)

Damaged home must have been applicants’ primary residence at the time of Hurricane Zeta;

Home must be single family and stick built (mobile homes are not eligible)
